DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

How do I receive my download after purchasing? Once your payment is confirmed, Shopify will automatically send you an email with a link to access your file. Check your inbox right away and if you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder just in case.

What format are the files in? All digital products are delivered as PDF files. You can open them on any device using a free PDF reader, save them to your phone, or print them at home on standard letter-size paper.

Can I print my download more than once? Yes. Once it is yours, it is yours. Print as many copies as you need for personal use.

CANVA INVITATION TEMPLATE

How do I access the Canva template? After purchasing, you will receive a PDF through Shopify that contains your Canva template link. Click the link and it will open a copy of the template directly in your Canva account for you to edit.

Do I need a paid Canva account? No. A free Canva account works perfectly. If you do not have one yet, you can sign up for free at canva.com before clicking your link.

What can I edit in the template? Everything: the date, time, location, host name, and RSVP details are all fully editable. The design itself is set, but all of the text fields are yours to customize.

CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS

Do you offer in-person classes? Yes! I teach in person across the DFW area. Visit the Classes page to see what is currently available and to book your spot.

Do you offer virtual classes? I do offer virtual sessions for those who are not local to DFW. If you are interested in learning from home, fill out the contact form and let me know, I will get back to you with availability and details.

What is your cancellation policy for classes? If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled class for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. If you have any questions about your booking, reach out and I will always do my best to work with you.

THE NMJL CARD

Where do I buy the official NMJL card? The National Mah Jongg League card is sold directly through the NMJL. You can purchase it at nationalmahjonggleague.org. A new card is released every spring, so make sure you are picking up the current year's edition.
